Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital activities, focusing on social media, community management and integrated digital strategy. The role will own WeChat ecosystem operations, analyse multi‑dimensional marketing data and execute scalable campaigns that boost brand growth, user engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, covering brand promotion, user acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing data monitoring system, track core KPIs, conduct regular analysis and optimise tactics based on data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate multi‑channel digital campaigns, ensure consistent brand tone across all platforms and enhance overall digital influence.
• Prepare regular performance reports, present analysis conclusions and recommend strategic adjustments to business teams.
• Manage external vendors: screen, allocate tasks, supervise progress, assess quality and leverage resources for WeChat operations, community maintenance and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing rhythms, drive project implementation and achieve overall business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably with full‑cycle strategy and operation.
• Experience in a 4A advertising agency is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, think strategically and make data‑based decisions.

• Proficiency in the WeChat ecosystem (official account management, fan growth, traffic monetisation).
