职位概况
负责研发支持、环境建设、自动化部署及生产运维全流程，保障项目稳定上线和持续运行。需要具备强问题分析与解决能力，能够协同研发、测试及运维团队。
主要职责
- 支持研发团队日常DevOps工作，搭建CI/CD流水线。
- 负责K8S开发、测试、UAT、生产环境的部署、管理与运维。
- 配合测试团队完成中间件性能测试及优化。
- 协同工程运维完成环境同步、版本交付及项目上线。
- 参与AIOps项目现场运维交付，处理网络环境问题。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上，6年以上DevOps相关经验。
- 熟悉企业级DevOps体系、K8S高可用集群建设及微服务部署。
- 具备大型项目部署、生产环境维护及客户现场实施经验者优先。
必备技能
- Docker、Kubernetes、GitLab、Jenkins
- Spring Cloud、Nacos、Sentinel
- MySQL、Redis、VictoriaMetrics、TDengine、Elasticsearch、Kibana、Kafka（SASL_SSL/JAAS）
- OpenTelemetry、Prometheus、Grafana、Alertmanager
- Filebeat、Vector、Logstash、Fluentd、SkyWalking
