Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner to lead EDI forecast analysis, ensure on‑time delivery and support inventory and shipping cost control. The role works closely with plant operations and customers to optimise the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly EDI waterfall analysis and maintain a 12‑16 week forecast accuracy linked to plant capacity planning.
• Drive 100 % on‑time delivery to customers by coordinating shipping plans and monitoring inventory levels.
• Control finished‑goods inventory and shipping costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the plant and customers, facilitating order fulfilment and shipping flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align demand plans with production schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum six years of experience in demand planning or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with EDI processes and analysis.
