Job description
职位概况
负责电液系统的整体设计与落地，主导从概念到量产的全流程，推动新技术在市场中的应用。
主要职责
- 系统方案选型、试制、调试及优化，确保项目顺利落地。
- 结合市场需求，主导新技术、新产品研发与推广。
- 分析行业趋势、竞品动态，为产品规划提供数据支撑。
- 牵头客户拜访、技术交流及展会活动，建立长期合作关系。
- 快速定位并解决客户技术问题，提升满意度。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电子工程或相关专业。
- 3年以上电液系统或相关领域工作经验。
- 具备跨部门协作和项目管理经验，熟悉ISO、GB等行业标准。
必备技能
- 熟悉电液系统设计。
- 熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件。
- 具备PLC编程或仿真工具使用经验。
