Data Solution Consultant - Data Cloud

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Data Solution Consultant to join its Data Cloud team in Shanghai. The role focuses on supporting pre‑sales activities for both traditional master data offerings and the strategic Ultra product.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver end‑to‑end pre‑sales materials, including demos, presentation decks, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs for Data Cloud, translating customer business needs into solution narratives.
• Maintain and update standard pre‑sales artifacts, ensuring consistency and quality across customer‑facing materials.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Consulting teams to clarify scope, feasibility, and positioning of opportunities.
• Execute standardized pre‑sales processes and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in pre‑sales, consulting, data, CRM or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven customer‑facing experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Logical thinking, structured problem‑solving ability and quick learning aptitude.
