About the role
We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst/Consultant to join our AI & Data practice in Shenzhen. The role involves translating business needs into data solutions, performing complex analysis, and delivering visual insights to support decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and communicate findings effectively.
- Develop data integration, collation and processing pipelines.
- Write SQL functions, procedures and complex queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL and Gauss databases.
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI or SmartBI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a computer‑related field.
- 3‑4 years of relevant project experience in data analytics or consulting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
