Data Analyst – Power BI & AWS Specialist

About the role

As part of Scania R&D China, you will work closely with product, market, and business owners to build data pipelines, analytical tools and dashboards using Power BI and AWS. The aim is to automate processes and enable data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data models, pipelines and Power BI reports.
• Connect to various data sources, create dashboards and visualisations for business stakeholders.
• Coach Business Intelligence Analysts on technical topics and best practices.
• Drive automation of data‑processing workflows and ensure a harmonised data infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably in a large, cloud‑focused environment.
• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English; experience in the Chinese heavy‑duty truck market is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, coaching mindset and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
