CSO Controller

About the role

Atlas Copco’s Customer Center for the CT business area in Shanghai is seeking a CSO Controller. Reporting to the Business Controller, you will partner with the business team to steer financial performance, forecasting, analysis, and risk management for the CSO division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure compliance of all financial and management reports with Group standards and local requirements.
• Analyse product costing, functional costs, and other relevant expense streams.
• Support business results presentations to board, executive, and management committees.
• Develop, review, and improve internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate with Division Controllers on sales‑related financial issues.
• Manage internal and external audit requirements and proactively flag financial risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or controller roles within a joint‑venture or multinational environment.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency with PC applications and strong command of English.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
