Cross Plant Technical Support

About the role

Join Airbus in Tianjin as a Cross Plant Technical Support professional, responsible for ensuring seamless IT and equipment operations across the assembly site. You will act as the primary liaison between IT, facilities, safety, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IT equipment fleet and provide L1 support for incidents, escalating to the global IT team when needed.
• Oversee office equipment, meeting‑room resources, printer consumables, and PPE distribution, tracking inventory and lifecycle.
• Define and monitor performance indicators such as support SLA, equipment availability, and compliance, delivering regular KPI reports.
• Handle purchase requests, supplier quotations, orders, and deliveries while ensuring finance process compliance (PR, PO, GR, IR).
• Promote EHS best practices, participate in safety audits, and ensure equipment and work‑area compliance.
• Coordinate communication with IT, Facility, Security, EHS, Procurement, HR, and Finance, and lead small internal projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced certification preferred).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for technical exchanges.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, with autonomy and reliability.
