Cost Controller – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

The Cost Controller will oversee all cost‑related activities, supporting departments to achieve budget and forecast targets while ensuring accurate month‑end closing and master data maintenance within the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts, assisting all departments in meeting financial targets.
• Maintain standard costs in the ERP system based on bill‑of‑materials and manufacturing cost rates.
• Manage profit‑center, cost‑center, and other master data in the controlling area.
• Execute monthly CO module closing and perform variance analysis.
• Control inventory, oversee cycle‑counting processes, and manage related projects.
• Support production line cost monitoring, including cycle time (CT) and labor hours (HC).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum five years of controlling experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with SAP HFM is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency.
