Controller – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Vibracoustic is seeking a proactive Controller to join its Wuxi manufacturing site. You will be responsible for financial oversight, cost analysis and working‑capital optimisation within a leading automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts and perform expense analysis, including manufacturing overhead and SAR.
• Oversee working‑capital management and drive improvement projects for inventory, tooling and prototype R&D sales.
• Conduct investment controlling, pay‑back analysis and support China mid‑term footprint studies, benchmarking labor and overhead costs.
• Lead project follow‑up and digitalisation initiatives in accounts receivable and treasury, applying lean principles.
• Support month‑end closing, prepare plant‑related presentations and bridge analyses for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in cost reduction.
• Independent problem‑solver with high self‑motivation.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
