About the role

This client-facing role leads the delivery of consulting and market research solutions that improve organizational performance and decision-making. It involves managing complex projects and guiding teams in designing and executing primary research, integrating diverse data sources to produce actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioral science approaches. Experts in this role influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, shape methodologies and practices, and mentor junior colleagues across clinical, public health, medical affairs and commercial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project lead for multiple projects and be responsible for overall outcomes and deliverables.
• Manage project teams and develop the talent and capabilities of all junior-level colleagues.
• Maintain strong relationships with client senior management and manage the overall relationship with complex clients.
• Meet defined revenue and/or billable targets by identifying business opportunities with potential or existing clients and creating and presenting proposals.
