Consultant – Operational Excellence

About the role

As a Consultant – Operational Excellence you will join dss+ in Shanghai to support high‑impact transformation programmes for leading organisations across China. You will work on projects that improve safety, operational performance and sustainability, gaining early responsibility and exposure to senior clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes.
• Lead defined workstreams and contribute to successful project execution.
• Analyse operational processes, performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct site‑based assessments, interviews and workshops with client teams.
• Develop client deliverables, including presentations, recommendations and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and a curious mindset.
• Ability to thrive in diverse, international environments.
• Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry setting.
• Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work effectively in project teams and contribute to defined workstreams.
