职位概况
负责公司内部沟通平台的维护与内容组织，策划并制作面向内部及外部的宣传视频，支持各类内部活动的组织工作。
主要职责
- 维护内部沟通平台，包括新闻、公司微信官方账号及渠道等。
- 负责公司介绍及其他内部沟通内容的编辑与发布。
- 根据需求策划并制作宣传视频，提出创意内容方案。
- 协助组织公司纪念日、员工会议等内部活动。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 具备活动策划与执行经验，文字写作能力佳者优先。
- 英语听说读写流利。
- 具备创新思维，能够提出创意内容方案。
必备技能
- 熟悉企业内部沟通平台及微信运营。
- 具备视频内容策划与编辑能力。
