CMO - 连锁餐饮 Marketing Head-QSR

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the brand, growth and franchise engagement for a fast‑moving quick‑service restaurant (QSR) network. The role combines strategic market insight with hands‑on execution across branding, product, and channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research, market analysis and develop enterprise‑level marketing strategies.
• Formulate detailed marketing plans, oversee implementation and manage budgets.
• Design and lead departmental structure, team management, training and performance processes.
• Define brand positioning, create promotion plans, manage identity standards and handle PR, media relations and crisis communications.
• Coordinate product, sales, service and development teams to launch user‑centric operations, community activities and overseas collaborations.
• Build and optimise sales funnels, enhance customer value propositions and drive profitability.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns and oversee channel marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong marketing generalist comfortable with both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field; advanced education a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Chinese market and experience in QSR, casual dining or retail‑oriented businesses.
• Proven track record influencing franchisees and improving marketing program effectiveness.
• Global mindset with the ability to address local market needs.
• Proactive, results‑driven with strong business acumen and project‑prioritisation skills.
• Experience supervising teams and developing talent.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
