About the role
This position is within the Computed Tomography business unit of the R&D team, based in Shanghai, China. The specialist acts as a bridge between hospital customers and research and development, supporting clinical use of CT products.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the communication bridge between hospital customers and R&D.
- Design and continuously optimize clinical functions.
- Handle clinical trials and clinical evaluations.
- Train customers on clinical use of new products and new versions.
- Help customers solve clinical problems, collect feedback, improve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Required profile
- Degree in biomedical engineering or medicine; a major in medical imaging is preferred.
- Master's degree or above.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and understanding skills.
- The position is visa sponsored.
