职位概况
负责博世半导体业务部门的硅碳化物（SiC）基板和器件的采购及项目管理，承担供应商与业务单元之间的桥梁角色，推动成本优化和供应商绩效提升。
主要职责
- 负责SiC基板和SiC器件的商业采购及项目执行。
- 在业务单元与供应商之间进行战略与运营对接。
- 全流程管理指定供应商和商品，从策略执行到运营跟进及问题闭环。
- 主导与供应商的商务谈判，确保价格竞争力。
- 推动成本降低和改进项目，进行结构化跟踪。
- 策划并执行采购、成本及供应商绩效提升计划，确保及时落地并取得可量化成果。
- 预判供应风险，协调纠正措施并跟进直至问题解决。
任职要求
- 供应链、经济、营销、工程或半导体相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备商品或项目采购经验，拥有半导体或电子行业背景者优先。
- 能够接受国内外出差。
- 具备数字化工具使用能力，如Power BI、SAP、Excel等。
- 英语书面及口语流利，具备跨境协作能力，德语优先。
- 具备挑战多任务的意愿和能力。
