Category Management Manager

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Category Management Manager to support the development and adaptation of category strategies. You will work closely with business and trade partners at the point of sale, helping shape promotional and merchandising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with business and trade teams at the point of sale to contribute to category development strategy.
• Collaborate on influencing promotional and merchandising activities at the point of sale.
• Provide placement guidelines for shelves, check‑outs and secondary placements.
• Monitor and analyse category, competition and consumer market data to identify opportunities.
• Develop and drive new category development plans.
• Adapt the central activity calendar to local customer and channel needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in Category Management.
• Experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience working with retailers.
• Fluency in English.
