Cargo Operations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Cargo Operations Agent to manage the acceptance, preparation and delivery of cargo and mail for air shipments. The role ensures that all shipments are correctly documented, safely handled and delivered on time, supporting the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming cargo and mail, perform required checks and verify accompanying documentation.
• Prepare cargo for ramp handling, ensuring proper loading, unloading and transport without damage.
• Execute inbound cargo delivery processes and coordinate with ground handling teams.
• Provide first‑line response to any irregularities during cargo handling and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with official authorities and handling agencies, adhering to all relevant rules and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school graduation; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Permanent residence permit in the country of employment.
• At least one year of experience in cargo handling or logistics.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Ability to work flexible hours, both independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accurate decision‑making and proactive problem‑solving.
