Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to drive revenue growth and shape the strategic direction of our automotive‑focused software solutions. You will work closely with both automotive and non‑automotive customers to identify new opportunities and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s long‑term success.
• Identify market opportunities, present and demonstrate products during the presales phase.
• Collaborate with local OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers to unlock new revenue streams for emerging products.
• Monitor market trends in E‑Mobility, Automated Driving, Virtualization, and Software‑Defined Vehicles (SDV) and feed insights into product strategy.
• Participate in conferences, industry events, and trade fairs to strengthen business relationships.
• Track competitor activities, including product roadmaps and strategic shifts.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
• Proven success in software, cloud, or automotive environments, preferably in business development, international sales, or product management.
• More than 3 years of R&D experience in OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers or tool vendors is a strong advantage.
• Existing relationships with R&D teams of local OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel frequently (over 50% of working time).
• Business‑fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Automotive software and hardware development knowledge.
• Familiarity with E‑Mobility, ADAS/AD, and SDV solutions.
• Experience with simulation and validation toolchains.
