Business Developer – Global Logistics

About the role

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is expanding its cross‑border logistics services for FBA sellers. We are looking for a Business Developer to drive Go‑To‑Market initiatives, turn market insights into actionable programs, and increase seller adoption across key trading arcs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of GTM projects for AGL’s cross‑border logistics products, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, timeline management and performance tracking.
• Conduct seller and market analysis for US, EU‑UK and JP arcs, translating data into growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain product‑level diagnostic frameworks to identify performance gaps and support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with Product, Sales Operations and Account Management to launch new programs and optimise existing offerings.
• Prepare business narratives, project proposals and performance reviews for strategic planning cycles.
• Support weekly/monthly business review processes by surfacing insights, tracking actions and ensuring closure.
• Manage seller engagement campaigns and enablement initiatives to drive adoption of AGL services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management or new‑business sourcing experience.
• 3+ years of experience negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) usage.
