职位概况
负责在博世集团苏州研发中心构建和维护大规模数据管道，支持传感器测试数据的处理、分析与可视化，提升产品性能监控和决策效率。
主要职责
- 使用 PySpark 与 Spark SQL 设计、实现并优化可扩展的数据管道。
- 处理结构化和半结构化的测试数据，完成 ETL/ELT 流程。
- 构建面向分析的高质量数据模型，确保数据完整性与一致性。
- 为 Tableau 仪表板提供分析准备数据，提升查询性能。
任职要求
- 3 年以上数据工程或大数据开发经验。
- 熟练使用 Python、PySpark，深刻理解 Spark 分布式计算原理。
- 具备 ETL 流程设计、数据建模及 SQL/数据仓库经验。
- 有支持 BI 工具（如 Tableau）经验者优先。
