Brand and Product Communication Manager – Van

About the role

This position leads branding and product communication for the Van line, working closely with the HQ marketing team and strategic partners. You will craft compelling stories, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product communication strategies for the Van brand.
• Coordinate with creative agencies to deliver high‑quality design, production and content.
• Develop and manage press materials, media events and fleet‑car press logistics.
• Conduct media landscape and competition analysis to inform communication tactics.
• Define and implement media and PR strategies, including yearly plans and retainer programs.
• Monitor industry news, handle media crises and identify partnership opportunities.
• Report progress and results to the line manager on a regular basis.

Required profile

• University degree with 5–8 years of experience in branding, product communication or related fields.
• Experience in automotive, technology or media sectors is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining high quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Redbook and short‑video channels.
• Product storytelling and campaign orchestration capabilities.
• Project management skills with agency coordination experience.
