职位概况
负责公司国际商业化业务的财务报告、预算管理及财务分析，为业务提供决策支持。
主要职责
- 定期编制月度、季度管理报告，向业务、集团及合作方提供财务信息。
- 组织业务线预算制定、整合、评估及执行监控。
- 开展关键资源投入产出分析，建立财务预测并提出增长与风险建议。
- 主导产品财务分析项目，收集并完善产品投入数据。
- 协同跨区域、跨部门推动财务项目落地，优化财务规划与分析流程。
任职要求
- 5 年以上财务BP或 FP&A 工作经验，有商业化经验者优先。
- 熟悉预算管理、财务分析流程，具备扎实的数据处理与逻辑思维能力。
- 优秀的跨部门协作和项目管理能力，工作细致且具责任心。
- 有国际工作或学习经历，英语可作为工作语言。
- 持有 CPA、CFA、ACCA、CMA 等财务证书者优先。
