Associate Manager, Sales Account Management

About the role

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager to lead sales account management for its Tmall Super platform in China. The role focuses on accelerating sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key customers across core product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve Tmall Super sales targets and increase fair market share for priority categories.
• Define and execute yearly sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Deliver monthly category sales goals while ensuring healthy business performance for customers.
• Manage end‑to‑end account activities, including negotiations, distributor and TP coordination, inventory and spend control.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, demand planning and other cross‑functional teams to maintain SOPs.
• Monitor market dynamics to identify new product development opportunities and tailor‑made customer requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, e‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of e‑Commerce sales and marketing experience, preferably within an FMCG multinational.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑Commerce platforms and online sales channels.
• Proficiency in market analysis and profitability assessment.
