Associate Content Analyst - Korean (Corporate Actions)

About the role

The Corporate Actions team maintains information on corporate events such as IPOs, cash and stock dividends, changes in shares outstanding, convertible bonds, rights issues, shareholder meetings and corporate bankruptcy. The Corax Beijing team covers non-English Asian markets including China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. This Associate Content Analyst position focuses on Korean content.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, maintain and manage corporate actions data for Refinitiv products accurately, on time and completely.
• Research corporate actions and market events to understand local markets and business activities.
• Use manual and automated tools to consolidate data and carry out daily database maintenance.
• Improve data accuracy, timeliness and efficiency through process improvements and automation.
• Support client support teams in answering customer queries about corporate actions data.
• Maintain relationships with external data providers and update operational procedures and market policy and regulatory documentation.
• Support global projects and work with Corporate Actions colleagues across regions.

Required profile

• CET-6 and CET-Topic 6, or equivalent English proficiency, with strong reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Diligent, patient and comfortable working with numerical data.
• Self-motivated, willing to keep learning, and able to work in a team.
