Associate – Compliance Audit

About the role

The Associate – Compliance Audit will join Siemens’ Controlling and Finance Assurance (CFA) team to provide independent audit and compliance insights across the company’s global operations. You will work closely with senior managers, audit committees and business units to identify risks, evaluate controls and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre‑audit planning and perform detailed analyses to ensure all risks and controls are identified.
• Maintain and strengthen global client contacts, acting as a trusted advisor for audit and compliance matters.
• Interview stakeholders to extract critical information for audit engagements.
• Apply analytical techniques to pinpoint root causes of findings and help develop remediation measures.
• Support and participate in closing meetings with management, presenting conclusions and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, compliance or related fields, preferably within Siemens or similar industrial environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with global teams and senior leadership.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a multinational team.
