职位概况
负责广州地区工程塑料的销售业务，推动业务增长，管理关键客户，制定销售计划。
主要职责
- 负责指定客户的盈利增长，制定并执行销售计划，确保订单落实。
- 识别并维护关键客户，制定客户档案，落实营销策略。
- 开拓新业务机会，提出产品改进建议，支持产品上市。
- 进行现场拜访、技术交流，快速响应质量和技术咨询。
- 监控客户信用，跟进回款，执行定价政策并协助市场推广。
- 收集市场情报，分析竞争与技术趋势，推动创新与数字化工具使用。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，聚合物、化学、材料或相关专业。
- 5年以上工程塑料技术销售经验，熟悉塑料加工工艺。
- 具备深厚的工程塑料产品知识和应用能力。
- 有模具、配合或应用开发经验者优先。

- 工程塑料专业知识
- 注塑、挤出、吹塑等加工工艺
- 模具设计与配合
