About the role
The Asset Associate supports inventory and supplier management for the IP&E product line. This full‑time position is based in Shenzhen and focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting sales order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels and fulfilling open sales orders.
- Perform forecasting, inventory reviews, and product life‑cycle management.
- Place initial purchase orders and monitor them for alterations or cancellations.
- Review sludge reports, handling write‑offs, write‑downs, and returns.
- Resolve sales and supplier issues, negotiating special returns when needed.
Required profile
- Typically a 2‑year degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
- Developed specialized or multi‑skill capabilities through training and on‑the‑job experience.
