职位概况
负责iOS App Store和Google Play的ASO执行，包括关键词矩阵搭建、元数据迭代及A/B实验，提升页面转化率并维护多语言评论回复机制。
主要职责
- 搭建并优化关键词矩阵，制定标题、描述、截图等元数据策略。
- 使用Google Play Experiments、iOS PPO进行A/B测试，提升转化率。
- 监控核心指标，利用Sensor Tower、Data.ai、Appsflyer输出周报、月报。
- 跟踪Binance、OKX、Bybit等头部交易所ASO动向，推动跨团队协同落地。
任职要求
- 约3年ASO或移动增长执行经验，互联网/金融科技/加密背景优先。
- 熟悉App Store、Google Play排名机制。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、数据分析或计算机相关专业优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Sensor Tower、App Annie、Mobile Action等ASO工具。
- 具备Appsflyer、Firebase、Google Analytics的数据分析能力。
