ASIC Test Engineer – BST

About the role

We are looking for an ASIC Test Engineer to develop cost‑effective wafer‑level test solutions for BST ASIC mass production. You will work on both production test programs and hardware, as well as characterization test flows, ensuring alignment across design, test and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement wafer‑level test programs and hardware for BST ASIC mass production.
• Define test plans for IC production and characterization, collaborating with designers on test feasibility.
• Configure the target ATE platform based on test requirements and enable the final mass‑production environment at OSAT.
• Develop sample‑level test solutions, support data analysis and generate characterization reports.
• Continuously improve test workflow, toolsets and methodologies.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure test solution alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support cost‑reduction initiatives in the mass‑production phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a mainstream ATE tester (e.g., 93K, J750, Ultraflex, D10, DX, V93k).
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit testing methodologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to engineering sites in Europe.
