Application Specialist

About the role

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a driven Application Specialist to join its China team. You will act as the technical bridge between our product portfolio and customers, ensuring that our Total Solutions Offer meets client needs and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end technical solutions and sales support to customers and distributors, working closely with Account Managers.
• Analyze customer technical needs, improve production efficiency (Manufacturing Wellness), and translate insights into actionable projects.
• Manage sales pipelines and opportunities in Dynamics 365, supporting accurate forecasts, budgets and targets.
• Coordinate between technical and commercial departments, as well as distributor services, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as an ambassador for new technologies and innovative ways of working, building strong relationships within customer production environments.

Required profile

• Motivated and technically oriented professional with responsibility for customer success.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and account teams.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to order closure.

Required skills

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
