APAC Commercial Vice President – Shanghai

About the role

The APAC Commercial Vice President will lead the region’s commercial strategy from Shanghai, driving revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability across a portfolio of industrial and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy, overseeing sales, business development, channel management and strategic accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities, lead organic growth, strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
• Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders and partners.
• Establish commercial excellence in forecasting, pricing, sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing commercial organization, creating succession and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as an active Board Member, providing market intelligence, supporting investment decisions and representing the company externally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in industrial technology, precision instruments, analytical instrumentation, semiconductor equipment or related sectors.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion and organizational development across APAC.
• Extensive network within manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, laboratory and industrial processing environments.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams, shareholders and Boards.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to operate in a global matrix organization.
