职位概况
负责在浙江温州指定区域内开展公司医药产品的推广，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划，利用推广技巧和产品资料进行产品介绍与咨询。
- 挖掘并开发现有及潜在市场，完成区域销售目标并跟踪产品临床需求。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
- 维护详细的医疗机构资料库，定期分析区域市场情况。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历，2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验。
- 有外资制药公司工作经历者优先，且无商业贿赂记录。
必备技能
- 产品及市场知识、产品推广技巧及流程。
- 区域管理与业务敏锐性。
- Account Management、Account Planning、Computer Literacy 等。
