职位概况
Arcadis（凯谛思）招聘AI设计师，负责商业空间的视觉生成与AI技术落地，推动可持续设计创新。
主要职责
- 参与商业综合体、零售空间及办公园区等项目的建筑与室内方案，使用AI工具进行概念发散、场景渲染和视觉表达。
- 研究并测试最新AIGC工具，将其融入设计生产环节，提高提案效率和效果图表现力。
- 负责商业项目汇报文本的版式设计、信息梳理及多媒体视觉包装。
- 协助建立并优化团队内部的AI提示词库、商业风格模型及素材资产。
任职要求
- 专业背景不限，重视审美潜力、学习能力和对新技术的热情。
- 熟练使用Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、ComfyUI等主流AI绘图工具，有项目案例或个人作品优先。
- 具备扎实的设计软件功底和良好的空间理解或图形处理能力。
- 拥有扎实的平面设计基础，对版式、色彩、字体及信息层级有敏锐感知，能独立完成高水平商业汇报排版。
- 自驱力强，保持对行业新技术的敏感度，乐于分享并在快节奏环境中探索AI设计边界。
