Airport Concierge – Premium Passenger Service

About the role

Air Canada is seeking a dedicated Airport Concierge to deliver personalized, high‑touch service to Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, other top‑tier members and Signature class passengers. You will be the face of the airline at check‑in, gates, arrivals, departures and lounges, ensuring premium customers receive seamless assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort premium customers at check‑in and lounge areas.
• Assist with ticketing, upgrades, connections, baggage retrieval and last‑minute arrangements during arrivals and departures.
• Support premium passengers at gates, ensuring smooth boarding.
• Coordinate with the 24/7 Concierge Desk and local partners (hotels, OALs) for special requests.
• Provide solutions during irregular operations and maintain daily activity reports.
• Network with global concierge agents and local representatives to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the country of employment and ability to obtain an airport pass.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (oral, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Ticketing knowledge and ability to travel for training or seminars.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using the ALTEA reservations system.
