职位概况

负责企业级AI/大模型（LLM）应用的技术架构设计与实现，帮助客户构建智能体平台、ChatBI等解决方案。

主要职责

设计企业级AI/LLM应用的整体技术架构，包括智能体平台和ChatBI等。
主导项目实施，负责关键技术决策、方案选型及难点攻关。
推动创新项目，如MVP、PoC，快速验证新技术可行性。
跟进AI前沿技术，组织内部技术能力建设。
配合售前，解读业务需求并转化为技术任务。

任职要求

2年以上Agent/MCP/Skills等方案设计与开发经验。
熟悉LLM在数据分析、报告生成、流程自动化等场景的实践。
具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维，能进行技术与业务交流。
流利的英文沟通能力。

必备技能

Python编程。
熟悉LangChain、LangGraph等LLM应用框架。
深入了解Knowledge Graph、RAG、Agent Orchestration等技术。
