About the role
Bosch Group seeks an AI/Agent Engineer to lead AI and Generative AI technical design and implementation for engineering use cases in Suzhou. The role involves collaborating with internal customers and global AI teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI/GenAI technical design and implementation using defined frameworks and technologies.
- Explore AI use cases in the engineering area in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Analyse AI/GenAI case requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
- Drive agile development within AI/GenAI project teams and ensure project success.
- Deploy AI/GenAI solutions while adhering to global technical standards.
- Implement AI‑related infrastructure for engineering, both locally and globally.
- Coordinate technical synergy and collaboration with the global AI team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, data analytics, AI algorithms or a related field.
- Experience with AI agents, including relevant frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate across cultures.
