职位概况
我们正在构建面向金融研究、交易与自动化的 AI 产品，覆盖 Web 应用、桌面端 AI Agent，以及支撑它们的云端服务与本地运行时。期待对 AI、金融与量化有兴趣的全栈工程师加入。
主要职责
- 独立负责端到端全栈功能交付，包括需求理解、技术方案、开发、测试与发布。
- 建设 AI Agent 核心能力，如对话、工具调用、流式交互、多阶段任务编排、上下文与记忆管理。
- 实现金融与自动化业务场景，包括行情分析、策略回测、链上交易执行及工作流自动化。
- 参与桌面端产品建设，打通 UI、本地服务与云端 API，提升长任务执行与跨平台体验。
任职要求
- 三年以上全栈开发经验，熟练 TypeScript/JavaScript，掌握 Node.js、pnpm 与 monorepo 实践。
- 前端熟悉 React，具备 Next.js 或 Vite 项目经验，了解状态管理、异步数据流与性能优化。
- 后端熟悉 Node.js 服务开发，具备 NestJS 或同类框架经验，理解 API 设计、事件驱动与长任务管理。
- 熟悉至少两种数据存储（MongoDB、Redis、SQLite 等），了解建模、缓存、幂等与故障恢复。
- 在 LLM 应用开发（工具调用、流式输出、Agent 编排、上下文管理或 RAG）中有深入实践。
