Job description
职位概况
负责企业级 AI Agent 的全链路落地与底层能力建设，推动 AI 技术在业务场景中的实际应用，提升企业运营效率。
主要职责
- 深入业务部门，挖掘并评估适合 AI Agent 的高价值场景。
- 设计并实现企业知识助手、智能客服、数据分析等多种 Agent 解决方案。
- 负责从 PoC、MVP 到生产上线的全流程推进，确保系统稳定运行。
- 搭建 RAG 能力、实现文档解析、向量化、召回与重排序等技术模块。
- 建设 API、数据库、工作流等与企业工具系统的连接能力。
- 制定评测、可观测与运营体系，监控模型效果与成本。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先。
- 熟悉大模型应用开发流程，了解 LLM、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling 等技术。
- 具备企业级系统集成、接口调试及数据权限治理经验。
