About the role
Join Bosch Group’s digital transformation and smart manufacturing journey as an AI Engineer. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions that modernise processes, improve efficiency and support global and local initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead high‑impact AI projects that drive quality excellence, engineer efficiency and cost reduction across manufacturing processes.
- Design and build scalable, modular AI architectures, including reusable algorithmic components and industrial‑grade deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT/OT, data analytics and R&D to align AI projects with enterprise priorities.
- Support the design, development and validation of prototypes, turning cutting‑edge research into production‑ready solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related micro‑electronic field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development with proven delivery in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong coding background and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Required skills
- Machine learning and deep learning techniques (CNN, RNN).
- Proficiency with deep‑learning libraries such as Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Programming in Python and C/C++.
- Data‑visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
