About the role
3M is looking for an Advanced PDE Engineer to support process and product understanding within its manufacturing environment. The role offers the opportunity to apply technical expertise while contributing to a culture of safety, curiosity, creativity and diverse thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct defined technical tasks associated with process and product understanding.
- Support manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to improve processes.
- Promote a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards and engaging in continuous improvement.
