Administration Supervisor

About the role

Air Products is seeking an Administration Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end office administration for its SAP main office and satellite locations in South China. The role ensures smooth facilities, security, employee experience and compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office administration, facilities, services and environment for the main office and satellite sites.
• Coordinate vendor contracts (cleaning, canteen, shuttle, office services) to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee asset management of PCs, office equipment and related resources for sales and office teams.
• Provide travel, expense and logistics support for domestic and international trips, including hotel, transportation and car rental arrangements.
• Assist the General Manager with calendar, travel, meeting organization and expense review.
• Handle business license renewals, chop usage governance and internal compliance audits.
• Lead office safety initiatives in partnership with EHS and participate in cross‑functional projects.
• Administer SIP calculations for SAP LB & MB and Prism programs, ensuring accurate data collection and validation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office administration and facilities management.
• Strong coordination skills with internal functions such as HR, Finance, IT and EHS.
• Attention to detail for compliance, licensing and safety processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships.
