Accountant – Internal Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join the Finance Business Unit of Element Solutions Inc. The role focuses on internal company operations and master data maintenance, supporting the accuracy of internal invoicing, accruals, and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post 2‑way and 3‑way internal invoices and manage internal charge (IC) accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review IC reports, including annual audit flow and balance‑sheet account reviews.
• Handle cross‑charges, related‑party transactions, and support IC confirmations.
• Process ServiceNow tickets related to finance services (FSS) and assist internal and external audits.
• Participate in improvement projects and maintain standard operating procedures documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university.
• Three to five years of relevant accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and solid accounting knowledge.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing system.
