Account Manager – Shanghai

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join 3M’s sales team in Shanghai. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth across assigned accounts and territories, while upholding 3M’s commitment to innovation and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by independently covering assigned accounts or territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote 3M solutions.
• Manage the sales territory with regular supervision and seek assistance for complex situations.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth.

• Basic sales experience with a demonstrated ability to apply fundamental selling skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with senior team members when needed.
