Account Manager – Packaging

About the role

The Account Manager will join HAVI’s Packaging Team within the APMEA region, providing analytical and operational support across all packaging product categories. Acting as the single point of contact, the role ensures uninterrupted supply of packaging solutions that meet global and local quality, brand, and regulatory standards for Hong Kong and China markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Hong Kong and China packaging requirements to align HAVI’s services with customer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, agencies, and licensees.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainability initiatives and improve competitive advantage.
• Manage packaging‑related promotion campaigns, coordinating timelines, graphics, sampling validation, and supply assurance.
• Prepare and present quarterly Business Review meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct SPE and SQI evaluations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback on strategies, promotional calendars, and economic or political impacts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of packaging industry standards and sustainability goals in the APMEA region.
• Proactive, relationship‑focused mindset with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder briefings and business reviews.
• Analytical orientation with attention to data accuracy and reporting.
