Account Manager – Industrial Software Solutions

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an Account Manager to lead end‑to‑end account management for a portfolio of large, high‑profile chemical industry customers in the Beijing/Shanghai region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding adoption of AVEVA’s industrial software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
• Match AVEVA solutions, including digital twin technology, to customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and oversee project execution through to acceptance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, support, and success teams to deliver tailored implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software solution sales, preferably within process industries such as chemicals.
• Deep understanding of the chemical sector and its operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Proactive attitude with strong execution capabilities.
