A-Level Biology Teacher

About the role

Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science is seeking an enthusiastic A-Level Biology Teacher to start in August 2026. The successful candidate will inspire students, foster a love for biology, and create a supportive, curiosity‑driven classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging A‑Level Biology lessons to senior students.
• Design and implement classroom activities that encourage inquiry and scientific thinking.
• Support English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners across the age range.
• Integrate local Chinese educational standards and emerging technologies into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dual‑language immersion setting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience teaching A‑Level Biology.
• Passion for teaching EAL learners and ability to inspire student curiosity.

• Willingness to learn and apply Chinese educational standards.
