职位概况
负责比亚迪新能源汽车在4S店的销售工作，面向公司提供的客户进行专业咨询与沟通，达成销售目标。
主要职责
- 主动与公司分配的客户进行有效沟通，提供专业咨询服务。
- 跟进产品销售全过程，确保订单顺利完成。
- 完成公司制定的月度、季度销售指标。
任职要求
- 学历不限，经验不限，年龄18-35岁，应届毕业生亦可。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，反应灵敏，工作积极勤奋。
必备技能
- 基本的客户沟通技巧。

- 底薪+绩效奖金+业绩提成（提点高、上不封顶）+年终奖，月薪3000-15000元。
