职位概况
负责施工现场的整体管理与协调，确保项目进度、质量和安全达标。月薪范围4000-8000元，需接受国内及海外出差。
主要职责
- 协调甲方、业主、监理、地方主管及分包单位关系，保障项目目标实现。
- 监督分包进度、质量、安全，编制并执行施工计划和材料需求计划。
- 编制施工方案、进度计划及施工资料，管理钢结构材料进场时间。
- 起草并管理现场劳务合同，监督钢结构安装质量与进度，及时报告并调整偏差。
- 贯彻执行公司项目管理制度。
任职要求
- 统招本科以上学历，土木工程、工程管理等相关专业。
- 英语水平良好，能够适应出差（山东、京津冀、苏北、海外）。
